I've had treatment here for a few years on a variety of back and neck issues often caused by too many hours sat at a desk, falling down a stair-case, or lately over-exertion, over-stretching or whatever is in my current life as a house renovator. It's always a warm reception, lots of smiles, quick chat, treatment from Matt or Sam (plus a few others have treated me, but I've forgotten their names), a laugh and a joke and also that feeling that these guys know what they are doing - I've always been "fixed" if that's the appropriate word until I do something else that means another visit. Been seeing chiropractors for some 40 years but gave up some 8 years ago because they kept telling me to make another appointment but any relief from severe back pain was temporary. Went to see James today out of desperation. Delighted with the experience. He listened carefully. We laughed. Spent an hour and 15 mins with him. He has identified the problem, undertook limited treatment, back in 2 days time, promise of sorting problem out in 2 to 6 treatments and he will wave me farewell. Of course we will see what happens but I am mightily cheered and very hopeful for a positive outcome. Should also say reasonably priced

Excellent physio session with Matt during which he worked to improve the movement in my lower back, shoulder and (arthritic) neck. Everything feels, and is, more mobile and, in particular, my neck pain had significantly reduced and is hardly noticeable.

Liz was brilliant. I was hesitant about having someone look at my feet as it can be a bit embarrassing. I wish I’d done it sooner. My feet feel so much better and the experience was really lovely. All of the staff I met at the clinic were lovely too.
