Chiropractor

I been a Chiropractor for over 20 years; I graduated in 2002 from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth. Coming from a medical family, I suppose I was destined to work in the medical field. I have always been fascinated by the complexities of the human body, how it works, how it falters, and how it can be repaired.

I looked at studying either Medicine, Osteopathy, Physiotherapy or Chiropractic. Chiropractic interested me the most. So, after 5 years of study, I was a fully qualified Chiropractor.

Since graduation in 2002 I have worked in many different types of Clinical setting, ranging from single practitioner satellite clinics up to large multi-disciplinary ones. I also had the experience of applying Chiropractic treatment in an industrial setting by working at HUM (Honda UK Manufacturing) in Swindon.

Throughout these varied clinical settings, I have always stuck to my core principles of providing evidence-based treatment to achieve the restoration of function and resolution of symptoms.

I have trained in many different techniques, including Dry Needling (medical acupuncture), KT taping and extremity adjusting to name just a few. I use this training and experience to tailor the treatment plan to the patient and the injury that they present with. After all, we are all different, and what works with one may not work with another.

Outside of work I love spending time with my partner Claire and our two young daughters, Esme and Zoë. I follow Gloucester Rugby and enjoy various motor sports.
