Mum’s Fitness Class in Malmesbury

What you need to know about our Mums Fitness class.

The mum’s fitness class is for local mum’s who want to start moving and strengthening postpartum in a fun relaxed environment. The class will focus on strengthening full body, core and pelvic floor muscles through the use of low impact and resistance exercises.

The class is designed for mum’s to bring their baby along, some exercises they can be involved with and others they can lie/sit and play on a mat. Feel free to bring any toy’s you baby might like to play with.

All you need to bring is a water bottle.

Meet our Instructor

Francesca Summers  is a former Team GB athlete and now Personal Trainer who specialises in Pre and Post Natal exercise. 

Whilst competing for over 15 years, she developed a passion for Pre and Post Natal Exercise and have since been working with new mum’s to strengthen and activate their muscles focusing on the core and pelvic floor muscles,  whilst sharing her knowledge and passion for sport. The main aim for all CHEKA Mum’s fitness classes and fitness events is to enjoy exercising, work up a sweat and meet like minded people.
